Q. Do you require appointments?
A. Yes! We work by appointments, only! The Bridal Salon of Huntington offers the ultimate experience with a consultant being one bride at a time shopping. We highly suggesting booking in advanced as we book out 2-3 weeks out.
Q. How many guests are allowed to come?
A. At this present time we allow 3 guests plus the bride. This is one of the most important moments of the wedding planning process, so we highly recommend limiting your guests and only bringing those that will support your decisions! Let everyone be surprised at your wedding- you don’t need to have everyone see it before the big day!
Q. What is your payment policy?
A. We require payment in full at the time of purchase for wedding gowns under $3000. Gowns $3000 and over, you have the option of a 75% deposit. Any other type purchase is paid in full. All Sales are FINAL. No refunds are given for any reason. The balance is due when the dress comes in. The balance must be pad within 7 days or the card on file is charged. If discounted for any reason, gown is paid in full- no matter of price point.
Q. What is the price range of wedding gowns at Bridal salon of huntington?
A. We are so excited to carrying some more high end designers and having some exclusive designers as well! Our gowns range starting at $2500 and go up to $6000. The average is about $3000-$5000.
Q. When is a good time to start shopping for a wedding dress?
A. We recommend our brides to orders their dress between 9-12 months before the wedding. Some dresses can take up to 7 months to come in depending on how much handwork goes into making it since everything is made to order. Many brides purchase their dress even further in advance, just to make wedding planning easier. We also have to allow enough time for alterations once the dress arrives, which we recommend starting 2 months before the wedding.
Q. Do you offer alterations?
A. Yes! We are fortunate to have a total of 4 seamstresses on staff between our 2 locations. We also have several other seamstresses that we partner with if we need too!
Q. What else besides wedding gowns do you carry
A. We have veils, jewelry, headpieces, accessories and more! We also have gift items for the bride. If you are interested in shopping for accessories, we should you make an accessories appointment so a consultant can assist you! During the week is also a great quiet time to pop in and shop!
